Jesus prays on Yom Kippur: What do Christian theologians say about what he was repenting for?

Roman Catholicism says Mary never sinned either (and was born through the Immaculate Conception without original sin as mentioned).

Here’s a knot-cutter: In Christian doctrine, Jesus died as a redemptive sacrifice for everybody else’s sins. Therefore, consistently with that mission, he must have spent every Yom Kippur praying forgiveness for everybody else’s sins. (Jews can do that, right?)
