After looking at the pictures it is clear that whoever was in the sewer could only shoot at Kennedy after all was over. (when the Zapruder film was at frame 361), by then Kennedy’s head was already hit by the last shot (frame 313). When frame 361 of the Zapruder film rolls by, the limousine was at last accelerating away from the scene.

I was in first grade in Norfolk, Virgina and the only arms I had were a bow and arrow set with those suction cups on the ends of the arrows.
