Job recruiting for Finance

If anyone has either gone through interviews or conducts them for recent finance graduates, what types of questions do they ask in interviews? I don’t mean the general questions they ask in all interviews, but what kind of finance questions do they typically ask?

Thanks

If you have a degree or experience, they are usually not going to “test” your knowledge, if that’s what you mean. They may ask broad questions about how you would handle some situation. They will be trying to evaluate you overall, to see if you appear to be suitable for the job, and for the company, and to allow you the chance to see if the job/company seems like a good “fit” for you. They will not waste time asking you to describe the tax treatment of underwater stock options, or some such technical questions. It’s not a test to see whether you learned the material in the courses you took, it’s a test of whether you are a “fit” for the positions they have open.
