I can’t think of any other actress who has gotten prettier as she’s gotten older. When she was young, like in Taxi Driver, she looked like a tomboy. But I just saw her on Leno and she looks fantastic!
Oh yeah. I think I’m about the same age as her, and when I was a kid and she was a child actress for some reason I disliked her a lot.
But man, she grew up beautiful. I see her now and think, “yeah, I’d pop a cap in Reagan for her!” (Just kidding, just kidding. Of course, he’d be easier to hit nowadays, just stand over the grave…)
Talent, brains and beauty personified. She also has a lot of couth, keeping her personal life private and surviving that whole Hinkley/Reagen mess intact.
I agree with you on all these counts. She also has the one thing that very few people have and that is “grace.”
I think she’s beautiful, a wonderful actress and director and have more respect for her than any other “celebrity” because she doesn’t live the life of a celebrity.
*and hell yes, I’m going to go see Flight Plan this weekend. I read the script a year and a half ago and have been pining for it to come out.
She’s a year younger than me, so when I see her in a movie, I always know how old I was when it as made. My first movie I saw was hers too (I think)…Samantha and Napolean…about a lion they raised or something like that. I’ve admired her since way back, seems very classy.
Enjoys kickboxing, yoga, karate, aerobics, and weightlifting
Majored in literature at Yale; graduated magna cum laude in 1985
Measurements: 34B-24-33 1/2
I don’t think I could keep up even if she were interested in me.
Did not love Flightplan, but liked it quite a bit.
Have always enjoyed Foster’s work and respected her as a person.
I agree that she is aging gracefully and beautifully.
