Did anyone ever come out and tell the secrets? Clearly, it’s not going to be picked back up again, so- why not?
You know- they should be required to put a “here is all the secrets” letter in a safe deposit box for these kinds of shows.

“John” was near death. At that time, he was granted all the knowledge there ever was. Somehow, he escaped death. The Phoenix Organization wants him for some reason.

I’d read that not long after the show was cancelled. Sorry, no cite, but I’ll look for it.
It follows the old belief that when you die, you are imparted with all the knowledge in the world. You’re not supposed to go back to the living, though.
