I now have a mustache and wish to make it pencil thin and sleazy as hell. what is the best way to keep it at the desired width? I dont have the steadiest hand with shaving so should I go get waxed, pluck it or go to a barber to straight razor it?

Waters was on Letterman a few years ago and Dave asked him about the moustache. John asked Dave if he wanted to touch it. Dave respectfully declined.
Get a barber to shape it the first time. That way you can see if you have the hair density to pull it off. After that, wax and pluck it yourself, with regular razorings to maintain the edges.
Am I showing my age to refer to this type of growth as a Boston Blacky?
