A while ago I asked the Dopers: Should I change my name?, since I was bored with jti. Got mixed comments, but I concluded it would be a good idea. (mainly cuz I want Green Bean to know who I am, dammit!)
So, thanks to our humble TubaDiva, I’m now Northern Piper - combination of my location and my hobby (see this thread). I notice that the change is retroactive - all my old posts are attributed to Northern Piper, not jti, which I found a bit disconcerting at first. An identity gone, just like that - I always knew TubaDiva was influential, but now I see the scope of her powers…
anyway, thanks for comments, people. feel free to try out my new handle.
