Judas Priest's "gay" songs

A few years ago, when Rob Halford came out, he mentioned that, if you’d listened to some of JP’s songs he’d written, you would have figured out he was gay. He didn’t elaborate as to which songs he was referring to.

I know nearly nothing about the band’s music except for “Breaking the Law” (and that through Beavis & Butthead) and “You Got Another Thing Coming” (from the “think/thing” thread in GQ earlier this year).

Any JP Dopers who could shed some light?

Well, “Eat ME Alive”, “Pain and Pleasure” and “Turbo Lover” come to mind.

It was a pretty well known fact in the crowd I hung out with that Halford was gay back in 1985-86. It wasn’t a big deal. There were a few(bad) jokes about how it affected his singing ability though.
