They just don’t make pics like that anymore. Classy and classic. I agree with iampunha: you DO look like her… The only qualm I might have is with the superimposition of colours (pink on red) for the line “The brief, madcap life of”…maybe it’s just my screen definition but I’m having problems reading it. But, aside from that, great jacket concept.
Eve, will you be using the same pretty pic for you as the one used for your last book?

Admittedly the boys in the art department went a little over the edge on Danielle Steele’s last book.
They do indeed! I do a little (non-professional) design work myself, and I think the cover is lovely. Tasteful and attractive, with a touch of retro-chic. I doubt anyone at a big publishing house could have done better.
Beautiful cover and fonts. I can’t think of a better title at the moment that draws me in to pick up the book as much as what you have.

I don’t like that cover. It’s like, where are the holograms? where are those holes in the cover where you see through to like a second layer of the cover? How can I in good conscience waste money on a book that doesn’t waste money on cover gimmicks?
This book is going for $88.02 used. Platinum indeed.
When it comes down to it, though, “elegant” probably wasn’t really the mood that the author of Vagina Denta-a-a-a-ta was going for in the first place.
