I suppose I’m just wondering what the arguments are for and against Vegans that judge others for their meat eating habits.

Unless it violates the law, one’s eating habits are no one else’s business.

I think you’ve failed to frame a debatable position, and I think you’ve poisoned your well with a slam against vegans that “judge others for their meat eating habits.”
We all judge others for lots of things. There’s no “argument” to be had about whether we’re “for and against” people who do so.
