I think this event has the potential to become a riot. Tens of thousands of people who are mostly angry with each other, crowding a poorly planned and organized, should-be-all-American event headlined by a gibbering Russian asset? Could get ugly. Add harm to the POTUS and it is just worse.

This would be hilarious and awesome. Not least because it would instantly remove Trump and his entire cadre of enablers from power.
By removing himself and other Republicans from power, Trump could actually succeed in making America great again.

I’m betting that the majority of spectators interested in such things will flock to the Capitol Building steps to get good seats for the annual concert rather at 8 rather than bother with the Lincoln memorial and walking two miles then hope to get any seat for the concert.

You won’t be seeing it. The Washington Post is reporting that a large area in front of the Lincoln Memorial is being fenced off for invited guests of the White House.
