My weekend’s going great! Too short for any real enjoyment, though. How about you?
Yeah, this seems to be my new digs. I even found myself a cute and sweet roomie to share it with, although he is about 4,000 miles away at the moment. ::sigh::
I do hope no one minds that this thread has lived as long as it has, though.
How’s the FWDA going? He’s gotten some new fans since I last attended the meetings, huh? That man… I mean, it’s always nice to have new sisters, but sheesh… a new one every week, it seems!
Scotti, hon, you want some Oreos or strawberries? We’ve got Cool Whip, too!

I’m baaaccck (bigger, stronger, and better than before :))…
After entirely too many hours of internet deprivation, I have returned (though I stand to be kicked off the computer any minute now).
My kitties are happy, still black and fuzzy as ever, and I finally got a good night’s sleep in my own bed (with lovely dreams, I might add ;))
So, Audrey dear, where were we?

Went pretty well, bought a new uber-mouse that has a really cool red light that drives my cat nuts. She sits on my chair and stares at it, then sort of inches forward, bats at it and then streaks out of the room as though the hound of baskerville is after her.
Hooked up a web-cam for my dad’s computer, read some books, did some crafts, went to dinner and played trivia with some friends. Had lunch with my cousin’s wife.
Love some berries, load on the cool whip. It’s been nice to visit, are you expecting Myrr home soon? I’ll just take my berries and sneak out the back door when we hear his key in the door.
Oops, there he is! I don’t want to get run over in his haste to get to you, so I’m outa’ here!

What a nice weekend!
I got assaulted at OfficeMax. You know those stackable plastic drawer sets they sell? Well, I was looking at one, and for some reason they put them on high shelves, about neck high to me. No problem, I can take one down if I want to look at it.
They’re supposed to tape the drawers shut, dammit! They did- all but one. The one that was at face level. I tipped the thing down, and the drawer came flying out towards my face and smacked me a good one. I’ve got a nice little cut on the inside of my lip now. ::sigh:: I’m not sure how much of an audience I had, but I’m hoping it was minimal.

Thanks for the grapes, I had trouble catching them, but at least they weren’t banana peels, and I made it out the back door without bodily injury.
