There is a comedian out there that as part of his act says when someone says something stupid you rive them a sign to wear that says stupid, then you know not to ask them anything like directions to a place. Well I’m here for my sign.
Today we bought a new microwave. When I say we I mean my mother. She brings it home and when I say she I mean my father and I unpack it. When I say I, I mean I. My mother doesn’t see it because she went out food shopping. When I looked at it I said she isn’t going to like it, the front is a blue/green color. When she gets home she says take it back I wanted all silver. So we were going to pack it up in the morning. I looked online to see if I could find it cheaper but it seems this model is only sold in one store and the online price is the same, but the online ad only shows all silver. So I started thinking, then I stopped thinking because it hurt my head. So later tonight I was in the kitchen and the idea came to me to see if there was a protective film over the blue/green front. Well it tuns out there was no film over it, the front was the film, so after peeling it off we now have a silver front. Yes I was stupid for not thinking of it so I’d like my sign and one for each of my parents too. Thanks
But on the good news front, at least you didn’t have to be shown this startling concept in front of a minimum-wage flunkie who can bareky hide his annoyance and laughter at your stupidity while all the other customers behind you snicker into their hands and pledge to remember this story to share with friends later.

I think you negated the need for a stupid sign when you thought enough to peel off the film. One cancelled out the other
