When you stop to think about it, how do you visualize the location of the internet?

Yes Virginia, there is an internet. It exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist, and you know that they about and give your life its highest beautiy and joy. Alas! how dreary would be the world if there were no Internet. It would be as dreary as if there were no Virginias. And no porn. 
Internet. International Network. That’s how I visualise it.
“Down there”, since when I visualize it, it’s as a network of glowing lines across the Earth seen from space.
I voted for “in there,” since I first picture the Internet as being inside my computer (even though I know that’s not exactly accurate).
