Kanye West taken in for observation

Not sure where to put this, if this is the wrong place, please move it.

After a couple of days of bizarre behavior, including walking out on a concert in Sacramento after 2 1/2 songs and a half hour rant at a variety of people, then canceling his scheduled concert in Los Angeles, a friend of Kanye’s called the police for a welfare check on Kanye this afternoon, and he was taken away without his consent, for observation.

This doesn’t bode well for his 2020 presidential run.

You’d like to think so, but we know better now.

Well, if he gropes a nurse, he may have a shot at it.

Unless it’s a male nurse. There are limits.

Where have you been?

I’d just like to understand how anyone could tell he was displaying erratic behavior? I mean, if you’re one of Kanye’s entourage how can you tell when he’s acting too weird?

Perhaps he was being uncharacteristically humble?

Does anybody care?

I’m proud of myself for knowing who he is. That’s something. Care? Not too much. I hate to see anyone having a tough time, but I don’t need it to be on the news.

I can only imagine the Kartrashian people jumping up and down with glee, if this is a real thing, over this ensuing publicity. ‘What a lovely piece of serendipity! and it wasn’t even planned out!’

Well I’m not one of them, but he does have millions of fans.

 I’m glad you’re back.

Well, Kanye West does love fish sticks.

Well, many people were saying Trump voters needed interventions, so since he said if he’d have voted it would have been for Trump…

I figure legal teams from his side and the music business side are preparing to lob sueballs at each other.

He smiled?

On my morning drive-time radio show, one of the DJ’s commented:

“How do you know when Kanye West starts talking crazy? . . . you know?” LOL

Well there has been a lot of speculation over the years that West may be bipolar or a manic depressive, but forgos his medication because he believes it hampers his creativity (he even rapped about it somewhat on “FML”). Which, is quite sad. Regardless of what one thinks about his music (I’m a big fan), I think we should have some sympathy with anyone dealing with mental illness (yes, even if that person refuses to take their pills).

I figured that out a long time ago.

His fans remind me of people who went to Guns N’Roses concerts when they were at their peak. Some were there to see the band play, and others were there because they were curious as to what antics they would pull.

I also wonder how many people will be fired for inappropriately accessing his medical records. :dubious:
