Keith Richards Appears To Be Walking In This Picture, But Is He Really (Still) Alive?

Covering 2/3 of page 5 of Today’s NY Post was this picture* of Keith Richards & his daughter, Theodora @ last night’s RnR HoF.

Like the old saying goes, ‘A picture’s worth a thousand words’ - but that’s not gonna stop me from asking:

Is this really a picture of Keith going into the Waldorf Astoria, or just a publicity photo for the new Dawn of The Dead film being released Friday.

How ironic that just over 2 weeks ago American gerontologist David Demko said Keith Richards “should have died in 1996”. I couldn’t agree more with his premise, but I’m still not 100% certain he’s correct about Richard’s being amongst the living.

Well, he is wearing sunglasses - maybe it’s a Weekend At Bernie’s kind of setup, and his daughter is just dragging him around so she can get into the A list parties.

Cocaine is a hell of a drug…

(I think I watch too much TV)

Keith’s still alive – it’s Paul that’s dead.

[/obscure ancient joke]

When he dies, I want to make some gloves out of him. Thats some serious tough hide, there!

Isn’t there a sign of the apocalypse about the dead walking the earth?

I guess the annual total blood replacement counts for something.

Did anyone click on the next> and look at the next picture in the slideshow?

C’mon, folks. Keith’s been dead and embalmed for 20 years. The coke just hasn’t worn off yet.

I saw him in live and in person a year or so ago…he came out with the appropriate “It’s great to be here…it’s great to be anywhere”. Despite this it seemed that he was still alive.

Yeah… that’s the worst thing Keith Richards ever did…

Wacky, but funny.

I don’t think you get the joke.

Maybe he would have… if he was human. Which I’m inclined to doubt for exactly this reason.

Even if he is a zombie, he inspired Johnny Depp to create one of the sexiest characters I’ve ever seen. Hats off to him.

“Richards wears his war wounds like a crown…”

Or something.

Lay off the guy. He’s a little worn, but he rocks better than any act that’s come out in the last 10 years. Easy.
