Have you guys seen the HorseySurprise Tumblr? It’s been around for awhile now. At some point it was featured on Reddit, and now it’s a regular thing on College Humor. Anyway, Ken goes to news stories around the internet and makes obnoxiously over the top stupid hilarious comments. Sometimes people angrily respond to add to the fun.
