I’ve been watching the reruns of this show & really like it. I am pretty sure I caughta clip of the “latest & greatest” at Thanksgiving and noticed that Carrie (Lee Remni) has really packed on the pounds. Is she supposed to be pregnant?
Well, if she’s pregnant, she appears to be carrying the baby in her butt.
She’s still a pretty girl, though. Just one with a bit of a bootie.
“latest & greatest”? is that the new one they showed? where the friends come over for thanksgiving dinner and bicker over if they should let the stranger in, only to find that he was indeed a thief…Well, she looked fine in that episode. I don’t think Leah Remini is pregnant. I think they would add something about it at her official website http://www.leahremini.net/ she basically looks the same throughout the whole King of Queens timeline to me, but being a male I think she looks hot the whole time.

I have only seen the reruns and there is a BIG difference between "then & “now” Perhaps it has been a gradual process for you to see her and that’s why you didn’t notice.
Yes she is very pretty. Her and kevin do a great job at acting like a married couple in love. Great chemistry between them.
