I’m looking forward to trying Louis Van Amstel’s dance/exercise program. He just filmed for the DVDs. I want to try LaBlast. Sounds like fun and a good workout.

Meantime, my wife and I will start dancing some evenings and keep up with Kirstie. Except we won’t be posting any video. :smiley:
I’ll still bike some too for exercise. I usually get in at least ten miles a week.

Dancing is a wonderful way to lose weight.

It is good exercise. I’m not a dancer by any means, and I sure as hell wouldn’t do it in public. But I play Dance Central because it’s a hell of a lot more fun than a regular workout. I get the same workout and I don’t have some condescending ass shouting “encouragement” at me.
