Kum & Go

There’s one a couple blocks from where I am right now.

I did manage to take a picture of a place called Bun Huggers in Flagstaff. Probably sold cut off jean shorts.

One here.

I’ve always wanted to buy some Kum n Go swag when I’ve been in Iowa, but my wife always talks me out of it.

There’s a Viet Nam noodle restaraunt near here called Pho King.

Helps to know that Pho, with the appropriate accent marks and such, is pronounced Fuh.

Nah. In NoCal, it was a sign of cool to have one, at the time imported up from SoCal. Early '80’s, I guess…

Ddamn we’re old.

There are still a few Tote-A-Pokes in Oklahoma, and of course Beaver’s Bend State Park.

Shame the chain doesn’t have a presence in eastern Pennsylvania.

Then there was the farm store owned by a guy named Snead - sold animal fodder and crop seed. The location used to be owned by his cousin, Chuck.

The farm store was named simply Snead’s Feed and Seed.

Also, Sneed’s Feed & Seed (formerly Chuck’s).

ETA: D’oh! Darn you, Mama!

I always wanted to open a combination bowling alley and whorehouse called a blow & bowl.
