It is simply answered - I am a professional secretary by trade, and it is my habit and career to be accurate in the ways of administration at every step. Every letter must have a greeting and/or opening, a body, and a closing. E-mail and internet posts have shortened etiquette somewhat (no need to start off with “Dear Whomever,” but “Originally posted by” often takes its place), but I remain firm in my conviction that the body must remain and, for me, a closing must also remain, as it is my own, personalized signature on every piece of correspondence I send.
At the very least, consider it my way of acknowledging that you are, indeed, a real person to whom I am sending my humble correspondence.
All right, you bloody jackals, get off my case! I still go to school, you know!
Anyway, all the pictures (77!!!) are resized and ready to go. If you’re all lucky, they’ll be up later tonight.
And I’m still waiting for some other people to send me pictures… I got Mauvaise’s bunch, but that’s it. And, Demo, your picture site isn’t working (curses!). Is it just temporary?
Finally, going through all the pictures again, I must say that Silver Fire is purdy.
