That’s what I get for having a user name that doesn’t end in “o” or “u.” Curse our linguistic heritage!!!
I know. And I don’t read it as

But rather
Stone Mountain Sex

Get real, Mika. If I lived in a place called Stone Mountain Sex, why the hell would I log on to the internet?
:smack: That  was supposed to be a
'S true…but I more think of it as a *type * of sex.
Random person: “I’m getting tired of missionary-style sex.”
Askia: “Oh, that’s so out-of-date. Have you tried Stone Mountain sex?”
Plus I will never, ever forget you’re a male again.
I am intrigued by your Stone Mountain Sex and would like to subscribe to your newsletter.
As to the OP, another echo–if I like the guy, it’s cute. If it’s some random stranger … well, it depends on where I am and how much I’ve had to drink.
I’m not sure I want to get credit as the originator of Stone Mountain Sex as it probrably involves kudzu and roleplaying in Confederate uniforms.
I guess it would be cute. If the guy were handsome, I’d let him kiss me on the lips. If her weren’t, it’s the cheek for him! I think saying no, unless the guy was an absolute boor, would be kind of mean. After all, I’d take it as a compliment regardless.
Reading this out of context, I should make this my sig line.
Ooo! Do I win?
I think it’s cute to be asked. Actually, romantic. My boyfriend and I were both insecure and unsure of ourselves in the begining, so I think it’s fine to ask.
For my first kiss I asked her, there really wasn’t any other way I could have done it. I think she found it cute.
I’m a guy and I don’t know very much about this subject, but I have a feeling that the “if she already thinks you are cute then it is cute, otherwise it’s creepy” principle is in most cases true.
The implication is that it is OK to ask if she already thinks you are cute, but may be superfluous. And if she doesn’t think you are cute then asking will only make it worse.
The question I have is this: would a woman find it worse if a guy she didn’t find cute asked if he could kiss her or if he just tried to kiss her? I realize that there are a lot of difference scenarios here. Feel free to picture whatever scenario you like, but I’m more interested in the cases where the woman’s feelings are hard for the guy to read.
