I adore smooth-shaven baby faces as well. I find facial hair unpleasant for all the reasons previously mentioned, but I have one to add. In regards to goatees: they look like women’s genitalia. When a goateed man talks to me, I can’t help but giggle at the image I have of him as a talking pussy.
I really don’t care. But if you’re going to shave, SHAVE! None of that day’s growth crap - it HURTS!
I hate (and I mean HATE) moustaches. I abhor moustaches. I don’t think they look good on anyone, save Tom Selleck and I even dislike his.
Beards, eh. Too Grizzly Adams. Plus I think they add weight, so unless a guy has a really skinny face he’s going to look beefier than he is.
Goatees are okay and even look damn sexy on the right person, but they have to be well trimmed. Mostly, I prefer a clean-shaven face.
While my husband and I were in St Martin recently he stopped shaving. His reasoning was that he wanted to use the same clipper setting for his entire head. After about 10 days he asked me my opinion. Let’s just say that I avoided answering the question, instead opting for “Oh, you’re just going to shave it when you go back to work anyway.” Thanks gods I was right.
I must admit, I’m a facial hair lovin’ girl (*nudges peasea), but it’s the overly important. I find a beard or goatee (but not sideburns, chops, or bushy beards) very attractive, but it’s the face that counts. If it doesn’t go with the face, then fine. If it does, well, my preference is a couple day old beard, but it all depends on how the person wants to wear it 
i like sideburns, mmm, some goatees, depending on the guys face, beards are just disgusting, same with just a mustache, sick…hehe…what i dont sometimes understands is, if guys hate shave stubble on their face, why dont they wax?
girls go through plain torture sometimes to keep hair off, so why cant guys?

My boyfriend has a beard/goatee (it varies) and says he likes to boil water and dip his goatee in it and make soup.

Mmmmm…Depends on the man. About half the men I’ve dated have been clean-shaven, half not. These days, I have (as I’ve posted in other, current threads) a thing for big men with shaved heads & goatees who are NOT green bean’s husband. 
That doesn’t mean, however, that no clean-shaven men need apply.
In the area of facial hair, well-kempt mustaches & goatees are favored. I could deal with a soul patch, depending on how it made the man look. Not so into van dykes & beards, though, especially on men my age.
I take that back - I could go for a very closely cropped beard, depending on the man. Van dykes, though, aren’t my thing.
I love sideburns.
I definitely go for facial hair. And I LOVE stubble. As far as I’m concerned, men’s faces should feel prickly. I also have a pretty strong preference for men with chest hair, too.
Not to mention a proclivity or tendency towards repetition and redundancy.
