LAPD as judge, jury, and executioner

How long did it take you to think of that?

No, my keyboard didn’t break. Since I suggested taking this into another thread, replying in the same post where I made that suggestion would go against what I was suggesting in the first place.

Then I’d have a bitchy harpy like you riding my back about it.

You also said:

I read the same manifesto. All of it. Did you? Because near the beginning he admits that, in retrospect, it would’ve been better to shoot his fellow officers for saying n***r: “What I should have done, was put a Winchester Ranger SXT 9mm 147 grain bullet in his skull and Officer Magana’s skull. The Situation would have been resolved effective, immediately.”

He’s even picked the size and brand of bullet to do it.

So is this type of statement part of your belief that “Dorner represented what the LAPD should stand for”?

This guy should never, ever have been considered for that job.

“LAPD hires crazy person as a cop, and when he inexplicably turns out to be crazy, they send a carnival troupe of ineffective trigger happy morons to bring him in.”

Thankfully, the irascible (but lovable) grizzled old veteran of the force will turn up in the nick of time to talk him out of detonating the bomb that has been planted next to the ship in the harbor containing nuclear material.

Marley and the rest of us have lives, so please don’t.

Dorner also personally called Randall Quan after murdering his daughter to taunt him that he “should have done a better job of protecting his daughter” and wrote to the 50 plus people whose families he threatened “I never had the opportunity to have a family of my own…so I am terminating yours.” This is not a “good man” driven to commiting bad deeds by a corrupt system.

Glad you could join us Locrian. I did read all of the manifesto, although I glazed over some of the boring, rambling parts in the end. Let’s recap from MPSIMS:
Maybe while rightfully convicting him for his crimes we should also reflect on what brought on that inner crisis. Reading his manifesto I believe at some point Dorner represented what the LAPD should stand for.

Yeah. Say the “N” word and get shot by a co-worker.

You could have said that the goals I listed for Dorner could equally well apply to Anders Behring Breivik and instead you go for that?
(There are some juicy details there for anyone to pick on by the way).
His “goals” are to murder people, and he said in his manifesto that he should’ve shot fellow officers for saying n***r.

What a vile thing to say. Regarding your original quip, at some point in time implied that time was before murderous rampages seemed like a smart career choice.
(Some posts omitted for brevity).
Wait. So it’s “brave” to shoot two people sitting in a car as retaliation for being fired from a job where you “protect and serve”?

No, it’s not “brave”. Did I say that? It is however brave to stand up to racists in police blues who will take revenge for breaking rank.

Yes, by leaping over the front seat and choking one officer, while in retrospect, wished he had shot both of them in the skull, and was quite detailed in the ammunition he wished he used.
(I didn’t pursue it further at this point because it was starting to go in circles and I don’t usually participate in MPSIMS, my initial posts were a carry over from IMHO).

Context helps to follow along but cut-and-pasting is pretty boring, if you think I missed anything important please include it.

So I replied to the question you are asking now here:
Regarding your original quip, at some point in time implied that time was before murderous rampages seemed like a smart career choice.
I’m really not sure what I missed that you’d like explained.

5 bucks says that Marley23 will call me a troll over this.

The point you missed is he was a crazy fuck to begin with. You (Pedro) said he represented what the LAPD should stand for due to what you read and formed an opinion from reading his manifesto.

The guy is a crackpot, the LAPD didn’t make him that way. THAT’S what I got from his manifesto. But as you also said, what’s wrong with opinion?

I wished you’d responded to my previous post. I think you are blaming LAPD for his “solution” of shooting people.

I will. I haven’t read it closely yet. It was a lot of work filling in all the gaps you missed.

Your response to my previous posts DID NOT address any of the points I brought up. You didn’t attempt to defend any of your quotes I posted. Let’s just try one:

Why do you think Dorner represented what LAPD should be at one time?

I can absolutely answer that simple and straightforward question with my honest opinion. Before that can I get some rest before I have to go to work in a few hours or is that also a failing on my part?

Sure. I just left work in Los Angeles. Thought I spotted Chris Dorner last night on TV, but it was LL Cool J hosting the Grammys.

He should have worn this t-shirt: http://www.dailydot.com/society/not-chris-dorner-facebook-photo-viral/

Yes, Marley is a very good judge of character.

Oh look, it’s not Marley23, it’s the equally dimwitted sidekick sucking his dick. Easy mistake to make.

Yeah? You try maintaining dimwit equilibrium while performing sideways fellatio. It’s no cakewalk!

People, calm down. Pedro is going to answer everyone’s questions eventually. First he just has to respond to all the unfair argumentative posts, go to sleep, wake up, sniff some glue, argue with other people, say he’s not debating and they’re not giving him a chance to answer, and then he’s totally, totally going to post full and satisfying answers to your questions because that’s definitely his game. You should absolutely keep expecting that because you’re not being strung along at all.

Remember when you began by calling me a loon and I gently asked you what your gripe was? That was me trying to debate you. This is me teaching you not to be such a spineless little shit.

I’m glad that the fact that I have personal life outside of this place gave you such a golden opportunity to score another cheap shot.

Good for you man. It really is. Because you see, I think you’re kind of sad and not very bright. I expected it to be more satisfying to make you my punching bag and instead I end up feeling like I have been bullying the class idiot all this time. So in that way I do feel bad for engaging you without sniffing some glue first. It might have levelled the playing field somewhat.

So all the posts where you explained what you think, or said something and then said you weren’t really saying it, you were just saying, and everybody has got you wrong and your real opinion is coming (not yet!) weren’t debate. I agree. ‘Bullshit’ would be the kind word for those posts.

You’re testing my nerves with your abject stupidity. It’s not an easy thing to do so congratulations on getting your head out of your ass long enough to accomplish something.
