Because Marley23 has built up this elaborate fantasy about my “secret arguments” (because he is desperate for hands to play) and is salivating at the prospect of pointing the finger at me saying I created this big show about nothing, let me say right away that I don’t have any secret arguments and I’m not being coy about anything.
I just had rest to do and things to work on and in the process got distracted by Marley23’s mental diarreah.
Reports are coming in that Dorner is/was in a shootout with police in Southern California.
I see something about cops checking out a hotel in Tijuana, nothing on a shootout.
Anybody else find it an interesting “coincidence” that the Pope announced he is standing down while all this is going down? I mean, I am not saying there is any connections…I’m just asking the question.
On the radio right now they are talking about the shootout Marley23 mentioned. The reporter’s saying that two deputies have been shot.
They’re “south of Big Bear lake down the hill a ways but not too far from where the truck was.”
They’re saying the shooting has stopped and the helicopter reporter is saying there are some structures down in the wooded area and police think he might be hiding in those.
About 20 miles out from Big Bear City.
This is up on Big Bear Mountain, about 4 hours north from me. It appears he broke into a home, tied up two people (didn’t shoot them) and was stealing their car.

They’re saying he’s barricaded in a cabin and may have hostages. I thought I saw CNN flash a chiron that said news helicopters were being ordered out of the area, which was interesting. I can’t remember ever seeing that before. If that’s happening I assume the police are getting ready to come for him if they can and they want to keep him in the dark.
