On the slightly more serious side, Lapsong Souchong itself seems to have wandered away into the twilight. I used to be able to get it at most grocery stores but I’ll be darned if I can find it! Just lately I’ve been craving it too and seeing this thread doesn’t help! Waaaaa!
Lapsang Souchong is my favorite tea, people from the past.
Yes, lapsang souchong is mostly available now only online. Twinings has it it in bags, but it is hard to find a store that actually carries it (at least around here).
However, if you live in an area served by Peet’s Coffee and Tea, they usually stock it in their shops; they also carry a blend called Russian Caravan, that has a less intense smoky flavor. Also, if I’m not mistaken, David’s Tea (mostly in Canada) carries it in their shops.
