I love the fact that “thagomizer” has been adopted as a real term used by paleontologists to refer to the spikes on a stegosaurus’ tail.

I think for pure, devilish humor the basement monster is hard to beat.

ETA: Someone in that thread mentioned The Floating Head of death comic. I had never seen that one!

I wonder if that would work for my kid. Too bad we don’t have a basement.

I remember in one of his books, he commented that sometimes the reduction from draft size to print size would obscure an important detail, like bunny ears being mistaken for a hair bow.
