I’m a guy. I have oily skin and my aesthetician suggested getting rid of the baby hair around nose and forehead. I also would like these hairs removed. She said it will also prevent breakouts by stopping the secretion from sebaceous glands. The only problem I have is I heard these glands help your skin stay young. She countered by telling you can compensate with moisturizer. I don’t think that would be effective as something your body produces. What’s the science on this? I’ve read a byproduct of the laser is the destruction of these glands.
