Yep, our homie oldscratch is doing his cross-country, one-man, tweak-the-world-out show, leaving on the 25th. This will probably be the last (at least in the near future) that we get to pay homage to the pierced devil before he goes East to scare the crap out of the Atlanta-ites and keep more people from moving to CA. This will also probably be one of the rare times that psycat and I say we’re going to something and actually make it.
Anyway, here’s the details: We’re meeting Sunday at 11(am) at The End-Up, an after-hours club. oldie assures me there are good places for hanging out and chatting without the club kids getting in our way. Anyway, it’ll be great fun to get hammered on a sunday morning!
Location: 401 Sixth Street at Harrison, SoMa. Right off the bay bridge.
Cover: ~$5 (oldie’s memory ain’t what it used to be, and the number I found on an old review wasn’t working. ;))
If we get there and skater-punks are trying to steal our souls, we’ll pick another place.

It seems that everybody is bailing on old oldie. I don’t want to add to the dissention but my only problem is that most of my funds are committed to other things, like rent and taxes and other fun stuff.
Personally, I have no solid plans for Sunday, and I’d love to be there. I just won’t be able to keep up on the rounds.

I’ll see what I can do about hauling my decrepit self up there for the event. Somebody’s gotta give Scratchie a boot in the butt to get him on his way.
I really would love to be there, but, i have a presentation on monday that I need to spend all day working on. One of the programs i need is only at the stupid computer labs at school. I couldnt do it tonight because they’ve already closed. I really am sorry i cant make it, but i can keep in touch with oldie. I can’t fail this class.

I had a really great time. It was very nice to meet slackergirl, Snoooopy, and Crack’d, and hang out with Sassy, Sea, oldie and the other non board folks. I really liked the club, we’ll definitely head back there someday.
Well, I am sorry I couldn’t make it, but I had the upheaval weekend from hell (long story, I’ll tell you later).
Actually, I remembered at 11:05 that morning, but I didn’t want to have a re-hash of the Doob bets stabbed fiasco and end up wandering around aimlessly. And that 6 bucks for cover is mighty valuable to me at the moment (long story, I’ll tell you later).
