Not really–she’s not partnered with anyone; she runs the Special Crimes Unit (or whatever they call it) on her own (though she has to report to the higher-ups regularly). That’s another show I like, but at this point, she’s taken quite seriously by everyone and they know not to underestimate her. She does have her own quirks and foibles, but they’re played off a vertical hierarchy and not a peer partner (except for Fritzy, but that’s not a work relationship).
It seems like there’s a pervasive need to create a gender balance in TV cop partnerships, but the gender balance rarely results in a personality equilibrium. The cliche is that the lady cop has to be tough-minded and no-nonsense, so it’ll be more fun to have her be the foil and straight “man” to the more passionate, intuitive, deductive, charismatic male half of the duo.
