So today my Marine Reserve Unit got activated. Tomorrow I have to withdraw from school and head downstate to take advantage of my last few days of freedom. Midnight Thursday I report in. From there I don’t know where I’m going. I’m not sure what I’m feeling. I can’t really call it fear, or sadness, or regret, or whatever but I am feeling pretty shitty. It’s probably because I’m missing out on school, not to mention spring break. Oh well.
I would have liked to have had more of a presence on the boards here, as well. Keep up the good work, y’all. Wish me luck. Semper Fi.

Good luck. Come back safely.
Wow. I don’t know you from Adam, but … good luck and take care. Hope you can come home soon.
Let’s hope that whatever your deployment is, it will be accomplished without bloodshed. Good luck, and a safe journey home.
I hope for that more than anything else. Good luck to us all, eh?
Yep. Coldfire said it all. May the road rise to meet you, may the sun shine on your face and the wind be at your back, and until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of his hand. Good luck and Godspeed, mambozzy.
Fair winds and following seas.
I’ll see you out there, pal. Safe trip.
Semper Gumby, and Semper Fi.

Tailwinds all the way for ya!
I too am a reservist, with the threat of activation looming over me everyday. Make sure you and your family knows about the Red Cross, legal assistance, and family support available to you. I don’t know what your unit is, what type of action you’ll see, etc, but remember to have faith in your brothers (and sisters) in arms. Good luck, and Semper Fi.
I may not support the administration’s policy, but always will support the troops of our armed forces 100%.
Joining in wishing you the best and as many pleasant times as possible under the circumstances. If you do get a chance, let us know how you are. Also, thanks. Stay (cool).
Godspeed mambozzy. My husband is a reservist that is currently on alert awaiting his mob order so I feel for you.
Be safe and come home to us soon.
