Inspired bythis thread, I am now curious: is it illegal to cheat on a private test? Avoiding the whole drug issue for simplicities sake, imagine I try to cheat on the SAT. Is this actually against the law or is the company offering the service the only entity capable of penalizing me?
At the end of the SAT I remember signing somehitng stating that I didn’t cheat. I don’t know what the penality is for cheating but you did sign off on it.
I don’t think it’s actually illegal, but I suppose the colleges you have the scores sent to could penalize you by not admitting you.
