Legally obtaining Asian action movies?

I realize there are region issues to be overcome for dvds, and this may be a GQ question. But I have developed a love for asian action films. Usually martial arts focused. And unfortunately the only places I have found them are boot leggers.

So I’m looking for any suggestions of where to locate these movies legally…
