He’s just a crazy person.
Death is pretty damn scary when you look at it, and I can’t really blame some folks for getting completely unhinged if they’re unable to deal with it.
I was the poster in question and I’ve asked my daughter about it. It seems she made a deal with hockey player Miroslav Šatan in utero instead of the actual Satan. So really, it’s her own fault.
<hijack> I’ve always felt Miro Šatan should play at least a season for NJ before he retires. They’d sell about a brazillion of his jerseys to fans and non-fans alike.

I hope you don’t mind me bringing that up. I thought that just showed what a hateful bastard he is. Even more so than his comments about rape, in fact.
Does that mean your daughter could help the Pens win the Stanley Cup again?
Wait…never mind, Satan no longer plays for Pittsburgh. Oh well.
This is high entertainment! In this post, lekatt manages to do two things:
[ol][li]Tell one and all that he has never had a near death experience.[/li][li]Show why he doesn’t bother to venture into The BBQ Pit.[/ol][/li]
Let’s focus on #1:The man has never had a near death experience!
I’m pretty sure it’s the same phenomenon that creates the idea of “alien abductions.”
He also claims to talk to spirits. I remember another person here who said stuff like that, and it turned out they were schizophrenic. I wonder if lekatt may have a mental illness.
I’ve been saying for years that I think he does. I don’t debate him any more because firstly it’s pointless and secondly it’s making fun of a person with a disability, which is dishonourable and unkind. He should be banned for his own good.
I’ve just realized that lekatt is no different at all than those crazy people who confess to horrible crimes they did not commit. He really, really, REALLY wants to be one of those people who’ve had a near death experience. The problem is that, like those people, he doesn’t get the details right and is shocked, angry even, that people who know the details of the event don’t believe him. In this case, he confused the details of an OBE with those of an NDE and is telling people that he had the latter.
