I’ll always remember Leslie for his role in “Forbidden Planet”

I’d be more concerned about Robert Stack or Lloyd Bridges, but apparently they both left us many years ago. (When did that happen?)
Of course, now I have this image in my head of those three actors sitting around a patio table in heaven, with Leslie cleaning his stethoscope, Barbara speaking jive, while Peter Graves clandestinely ogles all the naked cherubs…
He’s gone to a world where Leslie Jr. and all the Leslie Jrs. can sit under a shady tree, breathe the air, swim in the ocean, and go into 7-11 without an interpreter.
Actually, Mr Nielsen this thread isn’t for you. Weird Al Yankovic died today.
Don’t forget, he also played dramatic roles, particularly before he became famous in “Airplane”. He played key roles in two episodes of “Columbo”, I remember: The vicitm in one, and the lover of the murderer in another.

I was very sad to hear this news confirmed. The truth hurts. Sure, maybe not as much as jumping onto a bicycle with no seat on it, but it still hurts.

Robert Hays seems determined to keep injuring himself doing extreme sports. Perhaps he’ll show up, in a full-body cast.
