And for your viewing pleasure, the second trailer. June 11, baby! I can’t wait to see how awesomely bad it is.
With Stephen J. Cannell involved, I expect nothing short of awesome.
Something tells me they knew exactly what they were doing when they made this and their tongue is firmly in cheek for the movie. The fact that several of the acts shown in the trailers range from “almost impossible” to “Complete BS” and it would seem to me that if they were making a straight up movie with theses scenes they would completely fail.
Still, that’s a lot of crazy stuff happening in those trailers.
Awesomely bad…or badly awesome? :dubious:
I’m expecting approximately 100,000 rounds* shot off, and zero casualties.
Anything else will leave me disappointed.
*Give or take a few rounds.
I love it when a TV-to-movie adaptation comes together.
Erm, the second one. But either will do actually. As long as I get to look at Bradley Cooper shirtless.
And Liam Neeson plays Hannibal. Bwahahahahahahahaha!
I must see this.
Will there be massive explosions with everybody climbing unharmed from the wreckage?
Will the good guys be locked in a machine shop?
To be fair, the series had its share of Complete BS (not to be confused with Complete BA). The Team flying over a wall with nothing but some lengths of rope tied to bunches of trash bags filled by a hair dryer comes to mind.
I was skeptical at one point, but man, this looks like it’s going to be awesome. They’re obviously having fun with the writing. Did anybody else catch Hannibal’s “give my team an hour, we’re unbeatable”?
If you’re right, I’m not watching it. To me, this would be an indicator that they’re just aping the original, instead of trying to make the remake better.
As if you could make the original better! Sheesh.
I can’t remember the last time I was this excited for a movie. It really does look like a lot of fun!
I can’t belive I’m saying thing, but this is the movie I’m looking forward to the most this summer.
There’s a brief shot of the team welding stuff in the first trailer, so I’m guessing: hell yes.
You’d think by now, the bad guys would learn …
Never EVER leave the A Team in a machine shop! EVER!
Oh my, my birthday is on the 10th, I do think that this will be the best cure for a hangover.
I must say, they absolutely nailed the casting of Face. Bradley Cooper is super-delicious.
I was skeptical about Liam Neeson as Hannibal but from the commercials, it looks like he’s nailed it. Only seven more days!
(Yes, I know I need to get a life.)
I just hope that the best parts of the movie aren’t in the trailers . . . we need about 10 minutes of a shirtless (hopefully more comes off) Bradley Cooper to really make the movie come alive!
