Its still offensive that he wasn’t arrested for jacking up the price of a life saving medication to $750 a pill, because that isn’t illegal (however buying the drug for $0.25 a pill from Switzerland or Australia and importing it to the US is illegal).
They couldn’t get him on the big corruption (the kinds where large companies rip off the general public), because the big corruption is legal. So they got him on smaller corruption.
Shkreli’s back in the news - the crypto company he’s working with has lost almost all of its value because he decided to download a porn torrent that was infected with Russian malware.
