Green eyes, soft breathy voice, lefthandedness, the aformentioned perfect ass, and I’m with spooje on scent. Drives me wild (hoo-hah).
I love accents, but combining an Irish accent with dutch doesn’t readily appeal to me.
I’m not sure what IT is, but when I run into IT, makes my toes curl. Usually it’s the eyes. Not the color, the expression.
I’m kind of basic, in my attractions.

Clean smell. Like, not just a lack of unpleasant smell, but like, a Zest-fully clean scent. Some perfumes render me servile, though.

Straight, white teeth. I am absolutely, positively appalled by a mouth full of unkempt teeth. Come on, everyone, toothbrushes and floss are not hard to come by!

Pale white Irish-looking skin, or dark swarthy Greek-looking skin. One extreme or the other.
That’s almost it.
The lean-but-muscled body shape that is quite common in swimmers, rowers and Aussie Rules footballers (and luckily, in Kayeboy as well!).
Purely superficial?
The voice, definately the voice. My man has the most amazing voice - especially when it’s laced with lust.
All he has to do is whisper in my ear, and I feel that mad burst of adrenaline in my stomach, my GOD! It’s sexy on such a ‘primal’ level.
And to all you lot who specified an Irish accent… Neeeeener!!! 
Superficially speaking…height & butt. Chest hair is v.v.good bonus.
I’m assuming you either live in Ireland, or are Irish (or both)–so here’s the question. If you live in Ireland, are Irish accents still that wonderful, or do you get all melty at the sound, say, of a New York or Texas accent? I had a friend from Australia who couldn’t understand why that accent made me sigh with desire, but she loved the way California boys sounded.
I’m also superficially attracted to men with a nice chest and arms–muscular, but in proportion. In my 20’s, I found that both bass guitarists and drummers often had great arms–really excellent for being held in a secure, but romantic embrace.
Face:
Really hard to describe since some girls are just hot for no real reason. So just the basics, super nice smile with super white teeth, a nose like Jaime Pressley only a lot cuter, maybe like how Tara Reid’s nose looked in the Maxim shoot, you know the one.
Eyes:
I’m not really into eyes much, if I had to choose I’d pick super blue eyes. This one time I was walking down the street and I saw this chick with blue contacts. These were the usually natural looking contacts, you know how some people have super dark eyes that it looks like one big pupil, like that only BLUE. Other then that I like light eyes, color doesn’t really matter.
Hair:
I’m really into blonde hair but there have been times when my knees have gone weak by other hair colors. I’m really into Tara Reid’s blonde hair.
Voice:
I’m really into accents too, especially the Tennessee accent, oohhh. Other then that, something like Tara Reid’s voice, oooooohhhhh.

Over 6 feet, lanky build, really defined nose and chin, dark hair, light eyes, wry sense of humor. If you lined up all my exes, it would look like a convention of these guys.
Natural red hair.
Blue eyes, and natural blonde hair.
Nope, I live (and was born) in London, he’s in Dublin.
The London accent is “normal” speach as far as I am concerned, it’s everyone else that talks funny!
I’ve had enough people tell me that an English/London accent is sexy, but of course, I don’t hear the accent so I can’t get all melty about it like I’ve seen some of you furriners do! 
I like green eyes.
This isn’t gonna be popular, but I like like long hair on my men! (I’m female…) Luckily Mr Dafty has long hair.
Long, lean body (but not lanky, he’s gotta have some muscle on him), with dark, pensive eyes, dark hair, and olive complexion. OR, short blond-highlighted hair with bright blue eyes and a tan. That’ll do too.
And a soft voice - accent is a plus. Any non-U.S. accent will do, I live around uneducated-sounding southern accents, and you northerners just sound annoying
No, after living in Ireland for several years (and living in an Irish expat community for several years before that), I have long since stopped going melty over Irish accents - the exception being (as mentioned above) certain Ulster accents, probably because they’re so different from the other provinces’. Although that said there are some pretty nasty Ulster accents too (Newry for example).
There really aren’t any non-Irish accents I swoon over.
Broad shoulders and chest, nicely muscled all over (but not too ripped), nice slender waist with a super-grabbable ass on a man are the best!!
And they must have nice, soft, full lips. My hubby has a very pronounced “bow” in his upper lip, and it makes me melt just to look at it.
A deep voice - not Barry White deep, but fairly low.
And I have a truly bizarre thing for guys w/ big noses (Tom Cruise, Ian Thorpe).
Dark hair, dark eyes with personality, if they look good and don’t know it and just dress “normally”, I LOVE that. The Sandra Bullock look, kinda. Know what I mean?
Pronunced cheekbones. Well, that doesen´t mean that the girl must have a sharp face (you see, I prefer healthy full up cheeks), but grils with pronunced cheekbones just make me mad.
Also, blue or /specially) green eyes really turn me on.
