I have a small class, so one of my teachers said we could have a potluck lunch at her house one day. So we all went over, and she has a main floor where the kitchen and eating area is, a basement, and one of those small half-upper floors. One of my classmates just walked in and started walking around the basement and the upper floors, looking in all the rooms without permission. I was quite shocked. I mean, because there was 12 of us, I expected us to take up the kitchen, eating area and living room on the main floor, but my classmate just started wandering around our teacher’s house and picking up all her stuff and looking at it and just generally being a snoop.
I am a poor college student. 'Nuff said.
Besides, I can be a patriot without being a conspicuous consumer.
