Okay, I know this is corny and self-indulgent, but I haven’t posted much about my baby since I had her 8 1/2 months ago and I’m a giddy and proud mommy. :o
We took her to Sears for her Christmas pictures last weekend. She had just napped and been fed, so the appointment was at the perfect time for her (and us!).
She has a new smile lately where she scrunches up her face and sticks her tongue out. It’s goofy looking, but really cute. She even sat in a little chair all by herself, with me standing close by, of course. I’m so proud!
I’m so glad Sears lets me share the pictures. Yeah, they mess with them so the resolution is bad if we print it ourselves and they do it so people like my mother will say, “Can I get 2 sheets of pose #2?”. I have to say that’s brilliant on their part, but I also get to show her off to all my online acquaintences!
Thanks. She’s only 8 months old and she’s already posing for the camera. I don’t know where she gets it. I’m quite camera-shy. Every time she sees my camera, she scrunches up her face into an exaggerated smile. She’s a natural.
Your daughter is beautiful and those are great pictures. The picture of her dancing is a great shot.
I had forgotten that you also have an old Pooh doll in the same condition. I’ve been taking Susie’s picture with mine every month, too. It’s amazing to see the changes. I know it’s a cliche, but it’s so true–they DO grow up too fast.
We just attended my niece’s wedding and I took 400 pictures and burnt CDs or DVDs for the whole family. This photo of my kids was so perfect that I made enough wallet sizes to give out to everyone at Christmas.
Cute kids everyone. Elza B the first shot of your little one was cute enough for advertising.
Hal, you might have the happiest kid I have ever met. That smile is incredible.
I don’t have an online copy of the grandbaby’s pic w/ Santa. I do have these pictures from a couple of months ago: Michael and one with his cousin Shy.
