All in all, however,

it meant little to

anyone who wasn’t already

set adrift on a

log in Lake Blawnox.

On the other hand,

there’s that one giant

mulberry bush which harbors

one giant mulberry and

emits enticing scents of

long-unwashed stoat hutches, while

also repelling mosquitoes and

serving as a rudimentary

shelter for cute little

Hummel figurines and other

worthless but sentimental keepsakes.

Just the sort of

tchotchkes one finds at

my friend Dave’s house.
