Oh damn! I didn’t see it. I sometimes watch it after “Farscape”. It is the worst (deliberately BAD) science fiction show I’ve ever seen. What a hoot.
In short, so bad it’s cool.
I have the first pilot eps on tape. The music and effects of the Lexx cruising over the lights of the insect world still send me.
It’s like heroin. The first time you watch it, it’s so horrible it makes you sick. But then you can’t help but keep watching it, and it eventually ruins your life!
I finally managed to kick the habit, but not until after dressing up as Zev (season one) for a costume party.
Mmmm… Kai all hurt and helpless…
Er… excuse me. I think I need a shower now.
I just about fell off the couch when Kai kissed Stan !
I think my neighbors are scared of me now after the cheering and laughter erupting from my apartment when Kai and Stan kissed. But, as I pointed out to my roommates, “DAMN Michael McManus is a good actor!”
I gotta tape that episode and freeze frame that shot … it was like watching Lister and Rimmer kiss.
