No “Life” thread from last night so I thought I’d start one. I thought it was a pretty decent episode.

I had some questions about “Olivia”, however.
… Uh, two of which I just answered from IMDB

  1. What is the actress’s name who plays Olivia? (Christina Hendricks)
  2. Is she the same actress who is in the AMC series Mad Men (Yes).

This one I don’t have an answer to:
3) I don’t remember who she is supposed to be in “Life”. How was she introduced, and what is her relationship to the other characters?

And is anyone else as smitten with her as I am? :smiley:

Olivia is Charlie’s father’s fiancee. She’s only been in one earlier episode. I think Ted introduced her to Charlie. I’m not sure why Ted was so nervous about her.

Yes she was in Mad Men, but even earlier she was **YoSafBridge **from Firefly which is where I claimed her for my very own, so hands off mah babeh.

I don’t remember Olivia being quite so… buoyant in the earlier episode.
