As for me, well, I’m caffeine intolerant, so no coffee for me. However, coffee syrup, that stuff, when mixed in with milk, is absolutely delicious. It’s a shame it can only be found in New England (as far as I know). Has anyone ever seen it anywhere else?

If you’re refering to Autocrat, believe it or not I get mine on eBay. Probably more than it would cost me in the store, but it’s more than worth it.
Gads. Now I have to go mix up a glass. Want one?
Dark but not angry. Big, deep, crackling, buoyant and mind-clearing. Like James Earl Jones laughing his ass off.
Somewhere in between (medium and somewhat anxious?). I do prefer cream and sugar in it, though, and flavored syrup or cinnamon if I can get it.
My boss is famous at my workplace for her fondness for extremely dark and angry coffee. She was raised on a Guatemalan coffee plantation, so she grew up on the stuff. We all dread the day she discovers caffeinated water, because she will probably use it to make her already frightfully strong coffee and work us even harder.

You Americans are so cute, with your “angry” “black” coffee. Folks, a real man’s coffee is Turkish, has half an inch of sediment at the botton of the cup, and will instantly cause you to grow a full, black luxurious moustache. Even if you’re a woman - *especially * if you’re a woman.
(Myself, I generally drink lattes, because I’m not into the whole self-abuse thing. But I know how dark coffee is supposed to be).

I hadn’t remembered Turkish coffee until you mentioned it. I made some for myself this morning (or at least as well as I was able given the equipment) and immediately sprouted a beautiful beard. It kind of freaked my son out, but the coffee was delicious!
