Did facebook recently change the way the like comment is done, before if someone posted a comment, you could either reply to it or click on the like button. Did they add a setting where the original poster could remove a like comment from their post?

I seem to be able to remove other people’s comments from my posts… but not their ‘likes’.
edit: Do you mean comments, or likes? They are two distinct entities.
No , I meant the thumbs up like comments, I knew you could moderate actual comments to a post.

I checked out one of my recent posts that someone had thumbbed up (liked). I couldn’t see a way of removing their like.
It seems like an odd thing to be able to do in any case. I can understand removing someone’s comment if it happens to be offensive, but removing the like seems like you’re saying “No you don’t like this”.
ETA: It is possible to unlike your own likes. Is this what you mean?
Well, a like is just an extremely brief comment. And some people use it as a very quick way of making someone else’s link, photo, etc. show up on their page, so as to draw other people’s attention to it. My best FB friend does that to mine (and vice versa).
No that I knew about, I think I tracked the problem down to the iphone app, it times out sometimes and shows my like comment on the news feed, but it never actually posts to facebook.
