lindsaybluth, please provide a cite

Precisely. I don’t have the time or the energy to follow anybody around the boards, but lindsay and I do end up in some of the same threads like the minirant breastfeeding debacle in which she incorrectly went off on Lavender Blue about how breastfeeding clearly is enough of a problem for some [states] to outrule it entirely (2nd cite). /QUOTE]

Actually you obviously DO follow me around if you’re bringing up shit yet again, in a thread that’s turned to a fun colander vs bowl controversy. Is there absolutely no end to your idiocy? Did you ever learn what irony is, by the way? I like how you don’t quote what I say, but rather link to it and espouse your moronic opinions. I’m starting to wonder if you and LavenderBlue are related because it’s the second time you’ve brought something up that I’ve said to her, and we already established that IvoryTower started hating me when her I said something to her husband and her widdle feewings got hurted. Here I was, having what I thought to be a nice conversation with her about Passover food in another thread when in reality she just wanted me to eat shit and die. Oh well!

Here’s what I said in the 2nd post, after Lavender brought up legality as a basis for it being a-okay:

ZOMG! I think breastfeeding should be socially SHUNNED! But apparently lorene is fine with laws against gay marriage and gay relationships - because she has TEH LAW on her side (in some states)! Here’s an article where Virginia law only protects the right on state owned property - not a Starbucks in the previous thread. People have been cited and fined for breastfeeding in public. Then, from the International breastfeeding journal, “One reason that rates are so high initially and then plummet almost immediately when it comes to exclusivity and duration is because most women are not comfortable breastfeeding in public because the public is not comfortable seeing them breastfeed.” Of course then it goes on to explain how we’re all Neanderthals and should be more accepting but at the bare minimum it acknowledges that people are uncomfortable with public breastfeeding.

Wait wait wait now…I was saying that a lot of women fear traveling to Africa. I did not say I was one of them. One of my best friends is in Mauritius as we speak, working in an AIDS clinic. But every time I’ve told another girl about my friend in Mauritius, they recoil in horror.

Meyer6, I was an intern for Obama’s campaign. Perhaps you missed that . I figure that earns me at least a cookie round here.

+1

ETA: Has anyone thought of using a power drill to make their own colander yet?
