I totally expected this to be an amusing Mondegreene. Instead, I just don’t speak either Yiddish or Hebrew. And, apparently, can’t tell the difference.

I don’t know but I always assumed he was just singing gibberish sounds meant to sound like Yiddish or Hebrew
This site has it as “hu, hach, do hachvi.”
Not that that helps. It could be real Hebrew, but I only know a couple words here and there, so I can’t translate it.

The most common spelling I see in lyric sites is “hou hazch tou gavish.” But I don’t speak Hebrew or even pseudo-Hebrew. Heck, I barely speak English.

The lyrics may have alienated the Jews: Anything related to Christianity is consistently capitalized; “jew” is consistently not.
It’s not any Hebrew words I recognize, and it’s not the title of any Hanukkah song I’ve ever heard of. I’m guessing that Matt and Trey just made up a bunch of Hebrew-sounding gibberish syllables.
“Hoo” means “he” in Hebrew, but the rest of it makes no sense to me.
That might explain why Google couldn’t translate it. Indeed, Google said it was most likely English. I’m disappointed in South Park. 
I think he might be saying (or trying to say) “hu chag tov” which are some lyrics in the Chanukah song “sivivon (sov sov sov)” as for gavish that’s a name idk what it has to do with anything. But hu chag tov basically means “(its a) good holiday”.
I don’t think Google translate is going to be much help with transliterated Hebrew.
The song is “The Lonely Jew on Christmas” from the episode “Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo” and also on the album “Mr. Hankey’s Christmas Classics” which has other songs mostly from the episode of the same name.
The Wiki puts it as Huhash Dogavish or do gavish.
Google Translate does do transliteration. Whether that is accurate with the vowels (it suggests הוחש ו גביש), I cannot say. It translates to “Rushed and crystal”?
