Decades ago my dad liked to pour some Vandermint (minted chocolate liqueur from The Netherlands) over vanilla ice cream. It was a nice dessert treat we’d get every once in a while. But I’ve never before had any kind of liquor pre-mixed in with ice cream.
I haven’t had any Vandermint in years. It is thick, syrupy, super-sweet stuff.
People eat ice cream without booze???
