Congratulations! I just got one of my paintings accepted to an art show too.
You paint in Renaissance (pardon the spelling) style. I always wanted to paint that way, but I’ve got a bit of palsy in one of my arms so I took an Impressionist bent.
Anyway, keep up the good work.
Just for the record, I will likely never sell the originals of any of the paintings I’ve done of my son (which includes Under Cover).
Dan picked up my paintings tonight and took them home. They had voting through the course of the show, and my painting “Being Art” won People’s Choice Best of Show as well as the juried Best of Show!
