Locate: (Omni?) magazine cartoon with dinosaur 1978-1988.

It showed a couple of scientists looking at the reconstructed dinosaur skeleton and saying something like “We don’t know what it was, but we’re pretty sure everything was afraid of it.” The skeleton looked like your basic T-Rex, but it was more or less person-sized–but with an enormously *disproportionately large skull.

I think it was Omi, and I know that’s the time frame.

*An approximate disproportion similar to the ‘dwarf eagle’ in this WB Sylvester cartoon.
